[ausev] Speed limits-Austin Streets

Many of the neighborhoods in our area are having speed limits for
non-arterial residential streets lowered to 25 mph. This is a move to
reduce the through traffic and route it to roads that are meant to
handle the traffic and speed, but it may be a boon to NEVs. I would
repeat the earlier suggestion to contact the city planning department
and see if they have a map of current speed limits, and possibly
planned reduced-speed limit, routes.
