I would be seriously surprised to learn that the Dynasty has any sort of
governor to limit its speed. The Dynasty is an NEV; it is designed as a
low-speed vehicle. (My apologies if you have verified that such a
governor is actually installed.)

You could perhaps upgrade the vehicle by replacing the motor and
controller and increasing the pack voltage, but I don't think I'd feel
safe driving the Dynasty or any other NEV on public roads at speeds
significantly above their stock top speed. Suspension, brakes, tires and
other issues come to mind.

Then again, for offroad use, this might be a lot of fun. I've ridden in
Roderick Wilde's hopped-up electric golf cart, and it was definitely a
blast. He had increased the voltage to 96 volts, and presumably replaced
the controller as well...
