[ausev] New electric car conversion business in Texas?

Thanks for posting these lists guys.  I think you are right, we should put
them up on the AustinEV site.  I had been concentrating on trying to
coordinate adding such lists to the EAA national site, but I don't think
there is any reason why we shouldn't get these things up locally.  For now,
I will add them in both places.  I have been working to get a better system
in place on the AustinEV server so that people could suggest such links and
help to organize this stuff as a group.  I will step that up in my priority
queue.
