[ausev] Adapter Plates - How to Make

Wanted to ask a question about adapter
plates/taper-locks.  I am wondering if anyone has any
patterns/measurements for making an adapter for the
early VW Rabbit?  I know that I can purchase from
Electro Automotive for $750 because I purchased one
from them for my Miata project.

I have a buddy in our EAA chapter who has a full
machine shop and offered to machine one up for me. 
Rather than start from scratch, I was hoping somebody
in the EAA community might be able to help us out with
some measurements/patterns.

Any/all help appreciated.
