[ausev] Sat. Meeting + Boostrap Sustainabilty tie

Given the recent talk about figuring out how to start a conversion 
business in Austin, perhaps we could tie this into the Austin Bootstrap 
community, and the Sustainability Subgroup.  It could be a source for 
some ideas and know how in how to tie customers (people who want 
conversions) into the people who help fund and get the business started.

I'll show up at the AustinEV meeting this weekend to see what people 
think about this, and then I could set the Sustainability Subgroup 
(http://www.bootstrapaustin.org/wiki/index.php/Sustainability_Subgroup) 
meeting to have this as a topic: "Starting an electric vehicle 
conversion company in Austin". Perhaps we could get some of the regular 
bootstrappers to come and give some input into business ideas. Anything 
from getting a list of people who want conversions and downpayments into 
an escrow account, such that when a certain number of commitments have 
put money down, then there is enough to trigger certain events (like 
renting a garage, buying and ordering parts, etc) to get things started, 
and then collect the rest of the money. Plus any other ideas.
