If I went to a charging station that could put 21,600 kw of
electricity into my car...  I think I would opt for "full service"
instead of the "self-service" power.   :-)

According to the conservative 700 circular mils per amp rule, and
presuming that the charging station were to run at 1,200 volts DC...
You would need 1 foot diameter solid copper wires to run that much
current.  (Or you could use a stranded cable with 125 strands of 1/0
AWG cable.)
