[ausev] Are EV's too one dimensional?EPA endorsing HOV lanes

Per the Enn web site, EPA is considering a federal rule on Hybrid or  
alternative powered vehicles (EV's) . Heck of a deal for all of us, should cover  all 
uses of EV .
