The Prius conversion will be taking place during the first day
(Saturday). AustinEV was supposedly going to have an assistance role and
we've made sure our spot is adjacent to theirs, however it's now looking
like they're going to have most everything complete before they even get
there. Not sure what we'll be doing, besides standing around looking at
the completed car.  :-)

Seriously, there will apparently be a bit of work to do, as Jim Philippi
has requested our engine hoist and crimpers, but they've gotten a huge
amount of prep work done already, and reportedly will be undoing some of
it to make for a better demonstration.
