My chief complaint has been caused by a combination of pedal safety (-
contactor opens when foot is off the accelerator) and the high pedal lock.
I can press the accelerator faster than the contactor closes and that means
the controller thinks that I've got a high pedal and won't start.  It's a
pain, but a good safety feature that's only an issue starting on hills (not
many around here ;).  I added an override button and that is working so
far.
