Curtis makes an optional heatsink for the 1231C (part number 16286). I
would think anyone who distributes Curtis controllers should be able to
get one of these. There's a drawing on their datasheet:

I'm not sure at the moment where to source a more substantial heatsink,
besides just looking for heatsink manufacturers on Google. In my opinion
the Curtis heatsink seems a bit minimal, but it's better than nothing,
especially with a fan.
