Correct, the Iota DLS go's "both ways"

Scott, in the picture you took under my hood, My DLS is connected to a plug
that looks like a regular 110v connection.  

Iota had some FAQ's on their web site about hooking up to DC. I also called
them and asked a Q to an engineer over the phone.  They were real helpful.
