Well, I regret to announce that Tweety, Heidi and I won't be able to
make the Roundup this time. Too much work and we just can't get off
this weekend. :(
Have fun and take lots of pics!

Hi Erik,
As we near the Roundup, I was wondering what times you need people at
the
booth and are there particular times you want our cars there? I can't be
there on Friday but I could be there Saturday or Sunday. One day at the
Fair would be best for me, since I need one day at home to do chores.

Hi all,
First, if you'd like to bring your EV and I haven't heard from you or I
missed your email please let me know. We'll find a way for all EVs that
show
up to have a spot, I'm just trying to get a headcount.
Here's what I've got as far as EVs at the Roundup, and if there
unresolved
towing needs: (ie. No means things are OK, Yes means there's a need)
Ian W - No, assuming the tow bar is worked out
Brian L - Maybe, plans in work to drive there with a charging stop
Cliare S - No, will tow own vehicle
Gary K - No, has own trailer
Aaron C - No, may not need tow
Rob H - Yes
Erik B - Yes, considering driving with charging
Here are some options for the "Yes" folks:
-A 3 car gooseneck trailers that could move the three vehicles above.
-Another is individual tow vehicles for each, everyone for themself.
-A slightly more creative approach we could be a combination of
shuttling,
charging and driving since we're moving cars that can drive part of the
way.
This could keep cost down but will take more time, and the logistics
may not
work out cleanly. There are a number of RV sites along the way with
hookups.
If anyone has a connection to a towing outfit that might be interested
in
this let me know. I'm going to make a few calls, if the people who need
help getting out there have opinions in how to get out to
Fredericksburg let
me know.
Erik
