[ausev] NGS card and American Statesman

Chris,

I have been in touch with a guy that sells the program cards for the NGS
tester and he had to order a few blanks before he could send one to me. I
had made an agreement with Mark to share the tester provided I buy the card.
I hope to have it in hand next week. I'll also need it to diagnose and get
mine running again.
