[ausev] Residental Solar Power

If you were able to get the cost down to $7k and payback in under 10 years,
I would be even more serious about proceeding. Who was your installer?

The research I did was just initial, so probably rough estimates at best,
but this is how I figured it -

I used this calculator
http://kyocerasolar.cleanpowerestimator.com/kyocerasolar.htm;with the
variables being..
Net Cost - $9,175
Annual Savings - $473
Net Cost / Annual Savings = 19.~ years

The annual savings is based upon their figures, but I pulled up my Austin
energy bill for the last year and figured out where and how I could locate
the system to figure out how much energy I could generate and it comes out
very close to their numbers.

For my house my yearly energy usage is 12,267 kWh; with a high of 1577 kWh
per month; low of 616 kWh per month; and a average of 1022 kWh per month.

Thanks,
Dustin
