Skip's position is that we are now embarked on global imperialism to  
fund our balance of trade issues. I would add that soon we will be  
providing mercenary armies much like the Greeks in their twilight  
years(Blackwater?) if we do not get our house in order. We are not  
talking about an ROI based on 4 or 6 or 10 qtrs. We are talking about  
the future of our grandchildren. How do you quantify that? Mine reach  
draft age in 3 years to 17 years. If we can keep from fighting energy  
wars during that time frame then I will happily pay a premium and  
consider it money well spent.
