[ausev] Interesting Approach to Bringing EVs to the masses

I saw a good Wired article about a company bringing EVs to the masses - all
using current technology.

Instead of making drivers put tens of thousands of dollars upfront for an
EV, they're following more of a cell phone model of business - where you pay
for the electricity at various charging stations.

The man behind the project, Shai Agassi, Is currently testing the business
model in Israel. What do y'all think? Would it work US?
