[ausev] Fredericksburg

Hi guys,

At this point, I think we have filled all of the slots that Russel has
allotted to the AustinEV / EAA chapters display.  That is unless Roy's is
not considered to be part of that number.  Roy, if we can accommodate more,
it looks like both Austin and San Antonio have additional people that would
like to bring cars.
