It's nice and waterproof, and it works on 240VAC or 120VAC... though I
do not know how isolated it is.  You're welcome to drop by and we can
test it's resistence.  I can only presume that it is pretty isolated
since it only has two wires in (hot and neutral), and two wires out
(positive and negative).  I'm not sure what effects might arise if the
negative and the neutral were connected.
