[ausev] Gas companies

I'm going to have to express my opinion that gas prices probably were not
affected by Obama getting elected - it was more likely due to the drop in
global demand, due to the economy that has been destroyed by W.
Again, just my opinion. Seems unlikely to me that the global market for
crude oil futures would be likely to be affected by who was going to the
president of the US.

going back to July 2008. Note that it has been in decline that whole time,
and there was no big change when Obama was elected.

I Agree that we as consumers need to drive demand for the kinds of vehicles
we want. Don't write your congressman, write the car companies, or start
your own.
