All,

We rarely need to step in on the list, but it looks like now might be a good
time to remind people that there are a wide array of good people who are
interested in electric vehicles.  We all come at this from varied
motivations and we will all have differing opinions on how to best achieve
our personal EV goals.  This list is about building and owning Electric
Vehicles and helping others build and drive EVs.  Whatever your reason for
wanting to do so, you are welcome.  Please try to keep personal attacks and
baiting out of our online community.  Please be careful with how you choose
to word things.  One man's heated discussion can be another's insult.
Escalating things to the level of argument and personal attack can only harm
our efforts to get EVs on the road.  I view moderation as a last resort and
am hoping that we can all keep this conversation above board.
