He doesn't say what its fuel is, but there's nothing in the webpage  
to suggest that it is not  gasoline or corn oil or peanut butter or  
candlewax or something petroluem-ish.  He does not try to lead us to  
believe that this thing isn't some kind of conventionally-fueled  
motor.  Perhaps it is smaller, lighter and/or more efficient than  
those which have gone before, but there's nothing here to violate any  
laws of physics nor offend common sense.
