Latest news on charging.
We will have access to the 240V/50A outlet, but someone will need to be
by the vehicle while it's charging. I can certainly do this, or it may
be likely that a crowd may form around your car even though it's
separate from the rest. :o) This opens up the possibility of driving
demonstrations for those who are interested.
I'll have my big charger there for those who would like to use it, I
think the Ranger's charger should plug right in, and we'll have 120V by
the parking area.
Where we'll need to go to be by the 240V outlet is actually a bus stop,
but the buses won't be running. I'm not sure about how legit this
situation is, but I'm told they are taking full responsibility if
anything happens. Good enough for me.
