If it turns out that we can't count on the event host to provide plug in,
then maybe we could come up with some of our own. Maybe we could make a
list of friends and/or family who live nearby who would let us plug in on
the way home. Or maybe there is a gas station or busines that would help us
out. There are also State, County, and City buildings in that area. I have
a friend who works at Austin Energy. Maybe he would have some ideas.

Rats -- I completely forgot to post this earlier... I was going to get Aaron
to put it up on the AustinEV server temporarily, but it's too late at the
moment so I've put it up on mine:
http://ohmbre.org/temp_upload/test_drive_brochure.pdf
This has a map of the location. Bear in mind that it's likely going to be
less formal than what it appears to be here, and they're aware that there
may not be much of a "demonstration" or "test drive" happening. Still don't
know what form of charging we can get; I'm hoping I get the call back
tomorrow.
The document contains phone numbers for questions and assistance, but while
I don't think it would be a huge problem if you contact them directly if you
have questions, please try contacting me first
(512-743-8362) as it appears that they're extremely busy with preparations.
So I guess the summary so far -- we have Claire's Ranger, the Cabriolet,
maybe the Jet, maybe the Rav4, and if we're lucky we'll have a new 45mph
EVTA R20 scooter there as well.
