[ausev] hydrogen efficiency

Hydrogen bonds readily to make compounds like water and doesn't like to 
exist as an element.
but in the process of bonding to Oxygen to make electricity as in a fuel 
cell it needs a catalyst.
I can't believe hydrogen if set free could escape the atmosphere, too 
many catalysts in it for Hydrogen to escape. and then there is always 
gravity, etc.
