[ausev] Austin EV startup

Thanks Aaron,

I didn't see anything dramatic about their specs though. My '86 MR2 gets 
35 mpg
and will go over 150 but who needs to go that fast.!! And wants to spend 
150,000
grand to look cool. And the MR2 was a fraction of the cost.
