[ausev] DIY controller?

There isn't anything magical or complicated about a controller. I'm 
building my own  from scratch with pwm. The battery controllers and 
monitors etc. are all separate as far as I'm concerned and will be dealt 
with on an individual basis. I don't see anything wrong or dangerous 
about a motor controller that only speeds up a motor and decelerates 
when  your input is told to do so and as far as I'm concerned I can 
always add to my controller as needed and keep the cost under $100.
