[ausev] Charging pedestals in Georgetown

I was in Georgetown last night, and the main downtown square had 8
charging pedestals, each with 20 x 20A GFCI outlets. Anyone know
anything about these? I don't know if there's a vibrant golf cart
community, or a secret but powerful EV enclave that plugs in there,
but WOW are there a lot of available outlets.

I was thinking they might be for maintenance of the downtown square
grounds with electrically powered equipment, but 20 outlets seems
generous.
