[ausev] garage space suggestions

Good luck. I have been looking for the same thing. My garage is packed,
the car is sitting under a cover in the driveway, and the barn out back is
stuffed with car parts, wood working tools, compressors and dryers, etc...
I have been looking for 800 - 1200 feet of space like you describe in a
decent area (no crack heads peeking in the window to see what they are
going to steal that night) and have not come up with much. The cheapest
that I have found is about $1 per foot/month, and they were real finicky
about who they would let in. I have one lead right now, but it is in the
basement of an office building downtown, and I am not sure if the freight
elevator will actually hold a car. Only in Austin...
