[ausev] green auto clubs (roadside assistance)

At this past year's sustain-a-ball, Chris had mentioned to me that there are
alternatives to AAA when it comes to roadside assistance which are much more
aligned with our cause.

I was reminded of this conversation when I ran across this Sierra Club
article (http://www.sierraclub.org/e-files/roadside_assistance.asp), so I
wanted to raise the concern to the list, as well as ask for suggestions to
compare against BWC.
