[ausev] green auto clubs (roadside assistance)

I believe that Better World Club was the one that Chris had pointed me to
when we had a similar conversation about it.  I haven't had a need for
assistance for quite some time so I can't offer any feedback on companies
other than the good experience I did have when I used AAA a few years ago.
