On your evalbum page, you quote a voltage drop from 104 to 92 as being 
more than 50% SOC.  According to the chart I use on my 96v (16 GC 
batteries, too), 50% SOC is about 96 volts.  92v should be about 15% 
SOC, 85% DOD.  The chart does show 100% SOC as being just under 102v.
