Hi..The Bradley GT is going to attend! I don't have to plug up if some others need the plug. I'll be at work downtown charging before the show and hope to get there by 8:45am. Mark W.

Yep, there is an outlet to the right of the front doors.  I assume we'll get the parking spots up front, but need to confirm.  Nonetheless, if we plan to get there before 9am on Saturday to set-up anyway, we'll probably get the good spots.  I'll probably get there about 8-ish or so.

Just a reminder that we'll be having the August meeting at REI downtown this week.  On Thursday, Aug 6th, at 7pm, we'll meet in the upstairs REI meeting room for a public talk entitled "Electric Vehicles: Today & Tomorrow."  Then on Saturday, Aug 8th, at 9am we'll gather our EVs in the REI parking lot for a public show.  No need to bring your EV to the Thursday night meeting, unless you want to.

Also, I've noticed that some folks advertise their vehicle as electric, with signs or bumper stickers, while others prefer to leave their car unmarked and incognito.  I have found that Office Depot sells magnetic pages (8.5" X 11") and I recently used these to print a temporady ELECTRIC CAR sign for my Miata for the Round Rock 4th of July parade.  It worked quite well, so if anyone wants to do this for the REI show you can find a copy of the sign I used on the above page with the slides for the talk.
