EVComponents says the price of the Sky Energy's is very similar to the Thunder Sky's. The SE's are spec'd @ 4C discharge, whereas TS are 3C. However the SE haven't been field tested as long as TS. Basically it sounds like SE are great for those wanting to push performance and not so concerned about battery life (which has yet to be proven).
Are you sure the "blue" batteries you saw were Sky Energy's? That would be a substantial price difference in favor of SE.
