HOWEVER, the tax credit is supposed to be $2.5K plus $250 (as I 
recall) for each kwh that the pack exceeds 4kwh.  Under those 
conditions, I don't see the possibility of a 48v golf cart pack 
qualifying for a $7K credit.  It would have to have a 20+ kwh pack and 
it likely has only 2-4kwh.
