Aaron,
Can you send this out to the group? If anyone wants a rechargeable
electric mower, Walmart has the Earthwise 20" 24 volt mower priced @
$217.00, normally $365 online. It might be a pricing error cause when I
bought mine this morning even though the shelf price said $217, it rang up
$320. This might only be until they fix an error which could be today, but
it's worth a look see.
John

If you click on the link to the calendar on the AustinEV site, the event has
the location info on it.
But, I will also repeat here that the meeting is at the Terrazas branch of
the Austin public library from 2-4:30.
Here is a complete repost of what Chris sent out.
Cheers,

Folks,
We've got the biggest meeting we've had in a while coming this Saturday
First, we have Brewster McCracken speaking for a few minutes to the
group. Brewster is on the Austin city council and is campaigning for
mayor, and he wants to talk about his intentions, including renewable
energy and alternative transportation ideas.
Second, Willie McKemie will be bringing his newly converted
lithium-powered 2007 Hyundai Accent for a bit of show-and-tell:

And finally, Josh Baer is the owner of Tesla Roadster #83, and he'll be
bringing it for us to gawk at.
We're hoping for a big turnout for this meeting; hope to see you there!
When: 2pm
Where: Austin Public Library, Terrazas Branch
1105 E Cesar Chavez St
Austin, TX 78702

the calendar has no dates for 2009. I looked at last years meeting info
but it looks like the meetings move around from place to place. I guess
I could drive around Austin until I run across it... :) It appears to
be second Saturday of the month, so probably this weekend but I don't
know where...
