I know environmentalists who are all excited about the Chevy Volt but don't want to look under the hood of an old rust bucket that humms into the parking lot.

Yeah seriously... The Zap is made in China, the Phoenix is made half
in Korea and half in California, and the Tesla is made half in England
and half in California.

Whereas at the AustinEV meeting on Feb 14th we had 5-6 Texas made
Electric vehicles.
