We have had Crosslink do powder coating for us in the past.

I can't say much to compare them with other services, since we've only
used them. I can say however that they've been very conscientious --
they did a job for us with a clear epoxy topcoat (intended for its
higher chemical resilience) that discolored during curing. They weren't
sure what happened but voluntarily redid the job. This involved media
blasting two layers of powdercoat (epoxy over polyester) and reapplying
them. They made the correction quickly and the results were good.
