[ausev] 110 or 220??

The standard/website says 'AC Level 2: 240 V, 1 phase, up to 80 A', but all 
the manufactures are producing a plug/inlet that will only be usable up to 
32 A... seems like somebody really dropped the ball on this part of the 
'standard'.
