I hope their motorcycles work better than their website. I couldn't get
anything other than blank screens or source code.
I'm pretty devoted to the electric motorcycle idea, but my problem with
an ordinary motorcycle chassis is that they don't have a place to put a
proper crankset and pedals. Driving would seem dull if one couldn't do
a little pedaling. There'd be nothing to do except drive the thing
faster and faster, with all the obnoxious effects of that.
Limiting speed to about 20-25mph seems to have a fantastic effect on
range. But then I'm regarded as a bit eccentric. I've got little use
for ordinary electric bicycles since they can't seem to do much that a
normal bicycle can't do. If I could realistically use a bicycle to move
huge cargo loads comfortably or ride 150 miles without exhausting myself
then I'd scarcely need an e-moto, but that just ain't happening. Thus
these jalopies of mine.
Just my 2 mA.
