[ausev] Iota Issues

They are aware and they support the units quite well. We've had good
support from them in cases where our clients needed replacement units.
Their engineers have also been very helpful in resolving any issues.
However, the product is not marketed as a dc to dc converter by them
so documentation is indeed minimal.
