<table cellspacing='0' cellpadding='0' border='0' ><tr><td style='font: inherit;'>I'm moving to Austin in a few months and will be renting for 6 month to a year before buying a house with (hopefully) plenty of garage space.<br><br>So in the meantime I'm looking for some rental garage space to store and work on my cars and convert a 914 to EV.<br><br>Any suggestions on where to find such a beast?<br><br>I would need room for at lease 4 cars, so figure 800-1000 sqft to be comfortable with room for a work bench, tools and my 4 post lift. Would also need power and 220v for a welder would be nice. Water, bathroom would also be nice. Would definitely need to be safe/secure for tool storage.<br><br>Would prefer south/central/SW location but am flexible. Don't need commercial space but that's always an option to rent an old shop.<br><br>Any ideas? Any one want to go in on a bigger space and
