<DIV>It sounds to me like what the guy is saying is that the offers to do this
are scams. They claim they are revolutionary and they are realling touting a
princible that had been known and understood for quite some time.<BR><BR>There
is the additional safety concern of having quantaties of oxygen or hydrogen
somewhere. <BR><BR>However hydrogen or oxygen would boost the power of the ICE
using gasloline and if done properly could lead to greater fuel efficiency.
One has to wonder how a car burning hydrogen and oxygen only would perform.
<BR><BR>Now whether such thing would lower your fuel bills is something else
entirely. <BR></DIV>
