offered by CPS Energy. It allows customers to support the growth of
renewable energy programs at CPS Energy. It helps secure more
wind-generated electricity into our total generation mix available to all our

their commitment to the environment and to their desire to be an active
participant in changing the world, or at least a small part of it. They
realize that the cost is slightly higher and feel that the extra expense is
personally worthwhile. the energy produced by the wind turbines cannot be
designated exclusively for subscribers. However, Renewable Energy Credits
for the amounts purchased are retired, effectively passing "ownership" of that
renewable energy to the purchaser.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

parts going in that direction every day. CPS Energy is building quite the
wind farm out there and we can pay extra to have that windtricity go to your
